Confirm supported device models, spatial guidance, lighting and model preparation for your scenario. The size of the inspected asset does not determine the hardware requirements.

The intended workflow connects the asset or serial number (SN), inspection point, applicable scheme and criteria, source images, findings, repair and independent reinspection. An asset/SN evidence trail is not the same as batch genealogy or a complete QMS. If you need IQC/IPQC/OQC forms, numeric tolerances, MRB review, supplier quality or automatic line stops, confirm each requirement in a scoped demonstration; these capabilities are not established by this overview.

Start the evaluation with one inspection scenario and the devices your team already has. Confirm compatibility before assuming those devices are sufficient. Compare subscription, AI usage, storage, setup, training and integration costs in a written proposal. There is no public self-service price or guaranteed one-week rollout. Validate capture storage, synchronization and AI access separately if the site has weak connectivity.

Service availability and deployment requirements are confirmed for each country and project in a written proposal.

We focus on visual inspection of large assets, many inspection points or distributed locations, such as robot assembly and power-plant piping. We assess equipment, visible defects, capture conditions and standards first. Ordinary images are not a substitute for NDT or safety certification.

Bring one specific inspection object, common issues and your current process. Share authorized reference images or standards if available. You do not need a complete dataset before the first conversation. Do not send sensitive information without permission.

iOS handles professional work in the field: spatial guidance, capture, inspection, repair and independent reinspection. Web supports enterprise data lookup, progress tracking, management and deliverables. It does not replace field qualifications or professional judgment.

No. Web can summarize progress, open items, evidence and the proposed receiving team in a draft. Initiating a handover and accepting it are separate actions. Responsibility does not transfer merely because a summary was generated.

AI analyzes standards and field evidence under configured, authorized decision modes. Company rules, qualifications and human-review boundaries remain in force. Repair completion is not the same as passing independent reinspection.

Query, analyze, track, manage tasks, configure your organization and prepare deliverables within existing permissions. Queries return sources; changes show scope and impact for confirmation. Conventional controls remain available.

First define the asset, inspection points and capture views. We then assess available models and spatial annotation requirements. The synthetic HR01 demo is not a model or measurement reference for your equipment.

A pilot should assess field connectivity, local capture storage, sync recovery and AI service access. Locally retained data is not automatically synchronized. We do not promise all AI capabilities will work offline.

We define assets, team, frequency and deployment needs before agreeing subscription scope and expected usage. Credits account for inspection and Agent work. Allowances, rates and consumption rules belong in the formal proposal. There is no public self-service price at present.

Tell us about API integration, data import, network isolation or deployment requirements. We assess the target system, interfaces and security needs before confirming scope. We do not promise out-of-the-box compatibility with every system.

Access, retention, deletion, export and training use must be defined in service and data agreements. A demo inquiry does not authorize cross-customer training on your data. Agree on secure sharing and permissions before sending sensitive material.
